Custom design RF remote for one of our clients. Design took 6 months from schematic design to final product testing and modifications according to the customer requirements. Various vendors were involve from board manufacturing, housing manufacturing, Decal face plate printing company, Component Vendor, Packing Company.Also we had to set up manufacturing work flow system to accommodate the client's volume orders.

Complete Alignment on client's VTR back to factory specification . We use special broadcast test instruments and special repair jigs to perform repair and alignment, manufacture service manuals, Tektronix waveform and vector monitors, signal generators, head tip gauges, tension gauges, on the Video boards, Audio boards , Servo boards, Mechanical adjustments.
